Gulfview Villas Condominium was developed between 1981 and 1986. We are located West of U.S. Highway 19 in Port Richey, Florida.

There are 53 one story Villas in our community with seven buildings. Majority of the Villas are Two Bedrooms with One oversized bathroom. Eight of the Villas are two bedrooms with 1 ½ bathrooms.

Each villa is approximately 1000 square feet with a nice enclosed porch with a laundry closet. The living room, dining area and kitchen area has a cathedral ceiling. All villas' have two designated parking spaces under a carport, which includes 6 x 10 storage shed.

Gulfview Villas is located approximately 0.5 miles north of Gulf View Square Mall and west of Embassy Crossing Retail Shopping Plaza. There a number of chain restaurants and grocery stores. All within walking distance to our community. Or you can hop on the public bus transportation system, which covers several counties.

Our community is pet friendly. Limiting one pet per villa up to 20 lbs. We have an application process for both buyers and tenants.

Our lovely quiet community is nestled next to a preserve and state park, which is a bird watchers paradise. We have a small preserve to the rear of the property which is home to two American Bald Eagles.

There are several beaches near us, Green Key Beach to the south and Hudson Beach to the north. Also to the north of us is Weeki Wachee State Park and Hernanado State Park, both within a 30 minute drive.
